Research Skills and Interests
Electrospinning of nanofibres for tissue engineering from biodegradable polymers (PCL/gelatin), optimization of electrospinning conditions; preparing solution and their rheological examination; calorimetric, X-ray diffraction, microscopic (SEM) evaluation of electrospun nanofibres structure and morphology. Maintaining cell cultures, passaging, cytotoxicity tests, fluorescence cell staining.
